The evening of under the sea adventure that brings waves of fun to 4th Avenue, and Downtown together with a fantasy fest sidewalk parade. The parade starts at Haggerty Plaza on 4th Ave around 8:30pm, and eventually ends at 50 N. 5th Avenue, near Hotel Congress.
